Welcome to our main programme of events for 2015. Some events are open to all, others need to be booked and some are only open to project volunteers. You will see that these latter events are normally practical workshops, where the numbers have to be limited. We are very grateful to the Harrington Estate for their support & help with this project. Please do visit the church and churchyard - it is a lovely spot. However, be aware that the land surrounding the churchyard is private and please do not park in front of farm buildings. Natural history & wildlife. Throughout 2015 there will be an ongoing programme of recording and surveying in the churchyard. In support of this, there will a number of practical natural history events and teach-ins. The aim is to improve recording skills and to add to the number of records currently held - at present 250. We hope to double that number this year. The events will be weather dependent and so will be arranged at relatively short notice. They will take place either in an evening, early morning in the case of moths or at a weekend. If you would be interested in taking part in any of the following please email naturesutterby@gmail.com or ring 01790 754079.
