What personal data do we hold?
We hold contact details provided to us - (name, address, telephone and email).

In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the web site, computer and connection information - this information does not identify you.

You have the right to request to see what information we hold.

Why do we hold your data?
We hold your data so that we can communicate with you about the project itself and to alert you to forthcoming events and activities.

Data collected on this web site is used to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

How long will you hold my data?
The data will be held for the duration of the project, unless you instruct us otherwise.

Will my data be shared?
No. Your data is for project use only and will not be shared with third parties without your express permission.

Is my data secure?
Your data is held on password secured computers and is covered by updated software for malware and viruses. A paper- based membership list is also kept, which is filed securely.

Your information is available to the Steering Group for purposes of contact re events etc but is not shared within the project group itself. All emails are blind copied to ensure privacy.

The Steering Group has agreed a Data protection policy and procedures which will be regularly reviewed. A copy of these will be posted on the website and also be available n request

Can I have my data removed?
Yes. On each occasion that you are contacted, there will be an option to unsubscribe.
